When does new content arrive?
New verses, quotes, readings and challenges are published every day at midnight UTC. Pull down on the Today screen to refresh.
How do streaks and streak freezes work?
Open the app on a day to keep your streak going. If you miss a day, a streak freeze protects your streak. You can hold up to two freezes and buy them with Embers.
What are Embers?
Embers are points you earn for showing up each day and for reaching streak milestones. You can spend them on streak freezes. They have no cash value.
How do invite codes work?
Your invite code is on your Profile. When a friend enters it within a week of creating their account, you both receive 50 Embers.
I can’t sign in
Make sure you use the same method you signed up with (Google, Apple or email). If you signed up with email and forgot your password, tap “Forgot Password?” on the sign-in screen. Still stuck? Email us with the address you used.
Who can see my journal?
Only you. Your reflections are tied to your account and nobody else can read them. See our privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. Everything is deleted straight away. If you no longer have the app, see Delete your account.
