Delete your Tumaini account

Tumaini by Kitendo Group

In the app

Open Tumaini and sign in.
Tap Profile at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email contact@kitendo.net from the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my Tumaini account”. We will confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account and email address
Your profile, name, photo link, chosen topics and zodiac sign
All your journal reflections
Your streak history, streak freezes and Embers
Your invite code and your connections with other people

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you. Embers that were moved to someone else’s balance stay there. Quote cards you shared stay wherever you sent them.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you sign up again later you start with a new, empty account.
